This day retreat blends the tactile beauty of analog film photography with embodied practices designed to awaken your senses, connect you to your inner calm, and shift your perspective ~ literally and metaphorically.
You’ll receive a vintage film camera and a playful lesson in capturing the world through a slower, more mindful lens. Through guided meditations, embodied processing, and creative exploration, you’ll learn to engage with each minute, listen deeply to your body, and follow what it truly desires.
This is about more than taking photos — it’s about reclaiming presence. Each image becomes a gift: a frozen moment of awareness, a reflection of your reconnection. Your Facilitators: Jeannine & Meghan
Jeannine will be holding space for you to
pause, breathe and reconnect to your body through embodied practices. Dive inwards using sound and various exercises to deepen your body awareness and intuitive connection.
Meghan will teach you the profound art that is mindful film photography. You will receive a camera lesson and learn creative composition all combined with MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) techniques. Prepare to connect to your awareness in a truly unique way.
